¿What do I need to check in?
If you are from the European Union we need you passport or National ID. If you are not from any of the countries of the European Union, we only accept your passport.
Check-in & Check-out
Check in is from midday. Reception is open 24 hours, 7 days week. Check-out time is 11.00 am, so your room may not be ready before the check in time (midday). If you arrive before midday, you can leave personal effects at reception and check in later during the day.
Booking process
Online bookings: Go to "bookings" menu at the home page, then follow instructions. The booking software will automatically send to your e-mail address your booking with your reference number and the booking details.
By e-mail : You can send us an email to booking@thelivingroofhostel.com for special bookings or requests.
Groups: For groups information (10 or more people) contact us at groups@thelivingroofhostel.com

¿Is there any booking fee?
There is no booking fee. If you book online you will pay a 5% or 10% of the total cost as a deposit. If you book by email or telephone, we will charge from your credit card the first night as a deposit.
¿How long in advance do I have to make a cancellation?
Cancellations must be done 48 hours at list prior to the check in date by e-mail to bookings@thelivingroofhostel.com. If you don't cancel the booking at list 48 h prior to check in date, we will charge you the first night as a “no show”. We won’t accept cancelations by telephone.
¿How many nights can I stay at the hostel?
The maximum is 15 days. If you need to stay more days, ask at the reception for more information.
¿Are sheets included?
Top and bottom sheets, blanket and pillow case are free of charge. You can hire extra blankets and towels 2€ each at the reception in case you need them.

¿There Internet access?
Yes, you can use our Wi-Fi password for free if you have your own laptop, or you can use our Laptops for free and use them everywhere in the hostel.
¿What time do I have to leave the hostel?
Check-out is until 11:00 am.
¿Is there car parking?
We haven’t car park in the hostel. There is a car park in Paseo Colón (by the river) only 5 minutes walking from the hostel.
¿Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew, reception is open 24 hours a day.
¿Is there any type of food available?
Breakfast is included in the price. We have a vending machine with drinks, chocolates, pastries, gums… for only 1€.
¿Are the rooms unisex?
All our dorms are mixed.
Payment methods
We accept cash and credit-debit cards.
¿Do you have weekly or monthly rates?
The maximum stay is 15 days. But we can talk about it if you need to stay more days. Prices and discounts depend of the season. Send us a request and we will answer with prices and availability.
¿Do I need to be a member of any organization to stay in the hostel?
No, you don’t need any membership card, but there is no discount for the people who has any of those cards.
¿Are people under 18 allowed to stay in your hostel?
Allways in the company and under the responsibility of an adult, not being able to share a room with other people.
